Job Description:

Hoyu Europe Logistics SRL, an active company in the organization of aviation and freight transport at Zaventem airport, is looking for a Cargo Officer to expand our export department. Your tasks :

- Coordinate information and documents on incoming air shipment based on SOPs

- Coordinate with airport warehouse and transportation providers for air cargo breakdown and transfer instructions

- Communicate with the ground handler warehouse on-site team for the inbound ULD troubleshooting process and transfer status

- Record and monitor ULD management of incoming flights

- Monitor and resolve problem for cargo and abnormal flight operation


Your profile :

- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the logistics sector or good acknowledge of air freight transfer

- You are fluent in English, Chinese is a plus

- You master the Microsoft Office suite

- You have excellent problem solving skills, teamwork spirit and communication skills

- You are proactive and have strong execution capability

- You are a good learner and have a strong sense of responsibility

- You are flexible about the workings hours

- You have a B license as well as a your own car
